Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you (and, if applicable, the organization you represent) and Reworks Intelligence LLP(“GetConsenso,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of the GetConsenso web application, CLI, and API (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
GetConsenso lets teams define API contracts, run them through role-based approval, generate TypeScript types and mocks, detect breaking changes and runtime drift, and publish agreed specs to GitHub. Some features (self-healing payloads, AI-assisted generation) may require you to connect a third-party account or bring your own API key — those third-party services have their own terms, which apply alongside ours.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for activity that happens under your account, including anyone you invite to your workspace.
- You must be legally able to enter into this agreement — on your own behalf, or on behalf of the organization you represent.
- Notify us promptly at sales@reworksintelligence.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Plans, billing & trials
The Solo plan is free forever, subject to the limits described in our Fair Usage Policy. Paid plans (Startup, Team) are billed in INR through Razorpay, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Enterprise pricing is custom and governed by a separate order form where applicable.
Where offered, the Startup trial requires a small one-time payment to activate and is non-refundable; at the end of the trial period you may continue on the paid plan or the account reverts to the free Solo plan — we do not auto-charge the remaining balance without your action. GST is not currently applied to invoices, as Reworks Intelligence LLP is not presently registered for GST (turnover below the statutory threshold); this may change as our business grows, and invoices will reflect it if so.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to store or process content you don't have the right to share.
- Attempt to bypass fair-usage limits, rate limits, or authentication controls.
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without our written consent.
- Use the Service to build a directly competing product using data or access obtained through it.
- Introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, or otherwise disrupt the Service or other users.
Resource limits (seats, projects, endpoints, API rate limits, etc.) for each plan are described on our pricing page and Fair Usage Policy, and are enforced automatically.
5. Your content, our platform
You retain all rights to the API contracts, schemas, and other content you create in GetConsenso (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you — including publishing it to destinations you explicitly configure, like your own GitHub repository. We claim no ownership over Your Content.
GetConsenso, our logo, and the underlying software are our intellectual property. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.
6. Third-party integrations
Features that connect to GitHub, Linear, Jira, or Slack act on your behalf using the permissions you grant. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of these third-party services. Disconnecting an integration in GetConsenso does not automatically revoke access on the third-party side — revoke it there too if needed.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or where required by law, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what's expressly stated here. Generated code, mocks, and self-healing suggestions are aids, not a substitute for your own review — you're responsible for what you ship.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reworks Intelligence LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located where Reworks Intelligence LLP is registered.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active accounts. Continuing to use GetConsenso after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
